Training is my passion and my art. Each client is unique and deserves one-on-one attention to meet his/her goals effectively and safely. Current clients have lost an average of 8lbs, 5% Body Fat, and 9 inches this month!

I, personally, have been training for almost four years now. I started out at XSport Fitness in Niles, IL. It was an excellent start to my career; they offered a lot of assistance and education. After leaving there I worked solo, in-home and in-studio training at My Body Fitness in Glenview, IL.

I am currently working part time at LAFITNESS in Evanston, IL in addition to my solo work. I am currently working on opening a studio of my own, I have a unique vision in mind that I feel will change the face of fitness.

I have worked with all types of clients, individuals desiring a multitude of goals. From weight loss, muscle gain, and sport training to regaining limb functionality.

I also provide massage and flexibility therapy, another passion of mine. With this hands-on tool I have been able to add to my clients progress, and bring countless individuals out of pain and disorientation.

In addition I also provide nutritional counseling, a very important job. Nutrition is something so overlooked, yet so important. I help my clients to find what works for them, so that they can be healthy, efficient individuals.
