A former US Marine who once competed as powerlifter under the (NPLF).Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach in the Washington,D.C area for more than ten years. I specialize in over all fitness improvement, and focus on the 5 components of fitness: improving muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, & body composition.
